Reiman Gardens at Iowa State University is currently accepting applications for the Event Planner II position. This position, with a working title of Public Events Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating and executing Reiman Gardens’ events for members and public guests. This position will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing events, including developing and adhering to event budgets. This role also works with a grants team to procure sponsorships for Public Events and collaborates with the Manager of Volunteer Engagement and Marketing Specialist to coordinate volunteer and promotional needs. This position will conduct appropriate follow-up after an event, including reporting, budget management, and surveys.
