- Professional Photographers: Planning a professional photo shoot for a family portrait, senior portraits, or engagement photos? Reiman Gardens offers professional photography permits, allowing you to capture moments with the perfect background for your clients. Fees are $75 per hour for commercial photographers. - Wedding Photographers:
- For guests who have rented private event space, there is no fee for wedding/reception photographs taken at Reiman Gardens. However, an appointment is still needed to schedule session times at 515-294-2710.
- For guests who have not rented private event space, there is a $200 photography fee to reserve non-exclusive use of the Gardens for one hour of photography. This fee allows the photographer and guests to enter without paying an additional entrance fee. For the full policy, visit this page.
- Press and Media: Members of the media may photograph or film within designated areas for purposes of news coverage that includes Reiman Gardens. To make arrangements, contact 515-294-2710.

Photography Basic Guidelines:
- Photography, still and video, is permitted for private, non-commercial use only.
- Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever without written consent of Reiman Gardens.
- No professional photography is allowed in the Butterfly Wing.
- Reiman Gardens reserves the right, and its sole discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph on its premises or to reproduce photographs of objects in its collection.
