Take a stroll through the gardens and discover what's growing behind the scenes during the inaugural Garden Gallivant! This informal, self-guided experience highlights Reiman Gardens' trial gardens, where we evaluate new and exciting varieties of flowers, vegetables, and other plants to determine what performs best in Iowa gardens. Along the way, learn from our Horticulture Staff about the plants being tested, enjoy casual vegetable tastings featuring fresh selections harvested from the gardens, and cast your vote for your favorite plant.
Reiman Gardens is proud to be part of a statewide network of trial gardens that also includes the Iowa Arboretum and Brenton Arboretum.
