If you would like to rebook for another evening, please email rgregistration@iastate.edu by 8:00 PM on Saturday, December 12 with the following information: 1. Booking number 2. Preferred new date and entry time (Available dates: December 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27; entry times between 5:00–7:30 PM)
A team member will update your reservation, and you’ll receive a new confirmation email once the change is complete. We appreciate your patience as our team works through rebooking and you can expect to see your ticket switched within 1-2 business days.
If you are unable to attend another date, we will issue a refund for your tickets, minus any processing fees.
