Included with admission to Winter Wonderscape, the popular RG Express Holiday Train Display will delight guests young and old. Wander past, around, and under the trains along with bridges and miniature buildings historically significant to Iowa State University. The structures are rendered with the clever use of natural materials and accented with a spectacular waterfall. 

Join in this fun activity available on select evenings of Winter Wonderscape! S'mores roasting stations are located outside on our Paved Courtyard near Hunziker House (look for the lighted sign or click the link below to see the location on our route map). S'mores kits, including enough marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers for two s'mores, are available for purchase near the roasting stations for $5/kit.

This activity is currently planned for all Winter Wonderscape evenings but will be dependent on weather conditions and staffing. Any cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page.

Whether you're planning a date night, gathering the family, or celebrating the season with friends, this charming Holiday Hideaway is the perfect place to warm up between strolls through the Gardens. Each greenhouse comfortably seats 2–6 guests and includes a s'mores kit for every guest, so you can gather around and enjoy one of winter's favorite traditions.
